Details
  • OSI Flameseal fire, smoke & draft stop sealant is a one-component, non-flammable, latex-based fire-stopping sealant designed for use in both commercial and residential fire-stopping applications.
  • Developed to effectively seal service penetrations and joints in fire separations and firewalls, it fills gaps, cracks and holes, and prevents the passage of flame, smoke and fumes under actual fire conditions of 1, 2, and 3 hour fire resistance rated systems.
  • It also improves STC values and upgrades sound quality.
  • This sealant utilizes a special waterborne technology that is both non-hazardous and non-flammable, and it cleans up easily with just water. (Cured product is also mold and mildew resistant.) For those in need of a safe, high-quality product like this, Flameseal fire, smoke & draft stop sealant is the professional sealant for you.
